Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery of Photographs

We will provide all raw photographs within 5-7 days after the settlement of outstanding dues. Additionally, a selection of the best-edited photos will be shared within 4-5 days after your final function.

2. Album Delivery (If Album is mentioned in Quotation)

The custom album will be delivered to you within 15 days of your design approval and payment completion. We ensure that your memories are printed to perfection.

3. Payment Schedule

• 25% retainer fee is required to block your dates.
• 60% is payable in cash on the first day of coverage.
• The remaining 15% at the time of DATA Delivery.

4. Album Photo Selection

Please select your preferred photos for the album within one month of receiving the data. This helps us ensure timely design and delivery of your album.

5. Wedding Film Delivery

The First Wedding Film will be edited and delivered within 30 days following your approval of the soundtrack. We want to make sure the music perfectly complements your story.

6. Rights and Social Media

We reserve the right to feature your event photos on our social media platforms, website, and promotional materials. This helps us showcase our work to future clients unless a confidentiality agreement is signed beforehand.

7. Photo Sharing Process

Edited photos will initially be uploaded to our Instagram page. We request you to share them from there, as it helps support our work and reach.

8. Data Backup Responsibility

Post-delivery, the responsibility of backing up the photos rests with you. We recommend creating multiple copies to ensure your memories are safe forever.

9. Cancellation Policy

In case of event cancellation from the client's side, the advance payment is non-refundable. However, we are happy to adjust the amount for a future event, subject to date availability.

10. Portfolio Shoot Time Allocation

A minimum of 40-45 minutes is required for the couple's portfolio shoot before the event starts. This dedicated time is crucial for creating those magical, frame-worthy portraits.

11. Post-Vidai Ceremony

Our team will depart after the Vidai ceremony. If coverage is required for the Griha Pravesh or further rituals, please inform us in advance so we can plan accordingly.

12. Small Function Shoot Duration

For smaller functions, our standard coverage duration is 3-4 hours. Any extension beyond this may attract additional charges.
